A call is not appearing in my Sell account. I am unable to locate the call on the associated lead, contact, or deals page nor within the Communication Center.
When a call is not appearing within your Sell account, contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
- Name of the Sell User.
- Date and time with the timezone of when the call took place.
- Phone number of the unlogged call.
