How can I invite my colleague to an appointment in Sell? Can I create appointments on behalf of another user? Can I reassign my appointments to another sales person?
If you do not integrate an external calendar, Sell's native calendar can create appointments between you and your leads and contacts only.
The Google or Exchange calendar integration offers additional functionality of inviting other Sell users outside of Sell. Create and update appointments outside of Sell to include your colleagues on the invite. The appointment will then sync to Sell.
