I keep getting this error at the Creation Step:

The set of calculations isn’t valid. The calculated attribute "SUM(firstinternalcommenttimestampconverted-0c0ea4c924)" references "First internal comment - Timestamp" which is as an unknown attribute. Adjust the calculation and try again. (Error code: 6e51fde7)

I also get this when I try to add a different metric.

The set of calculations isn’t valid. The calculated attribute "SUM(firstinternalcommenttimestamp-454293e016)" references "Update ticket ID" which is as an unknown attribute. Adjust the calculation and try again. (Error code: 6cd077cc)

Sorry, I have no idea what Im doing. :D

    Hi James,

Based on that error, it appears that you are creating the metric using a different dataset. Make sure that you are on the Updates history dataset.

I am getting the following errors when I am step 2 in the "To create the report" section. How can I fix this?

The set of calculations isn’t valid. The calculated measure "SUM(ticketswithfirstinternalcommentbeforepubliccomment-4c814c077a)" references "First public agent comment - Timestamp (requesters_custom_field_253926" which is as an unknown metric. Adjust the calculation and try again. (Error code: c77e4bb4)

    Hey Sherin,

Generally this error occurs if you are in the wrong dataset, can you make sure that you are in the Updates History dataset?
