Question
I exported my Talk usage data and am seeing client:agent
under the Called to column. What does client:agent
mean in the Talk usage data?
Answer
The client:agent
indicates that the call was made to an agent that uses their web browser to make and receive calls in Talk. Any calls that were offered, transferred, or conferenced to an agent that uses their web browser, will show as client:agent
under the Called to column.
