On February 28, 2022, we released a feature that enables you to set a custom start of the week for Explore reports and filters.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
This gives you extra flexibility for weekly reporting.
What do I need to do?
By default, a user’s profile language determines the start of the week for that user. For example, if the user’s language is English (United States), then the start of the week in the reports and filters is Sunday. If the user’s language is English (United Kingdom), then the start of the week is Monday.
If the default behavior doesn’t suit your needs, any Explore administrator can set an overall account-level start of the week. It can be any day of the week, and will be applied to all users of your account.

In this example, the start of the week is set to Tuesday:
As a result, the week and day of the week attributes are calculated and sorted accordingly:
