- Ticket Archiving update: Going forward, Zendesk will automatically archive tickets 3 days after they are marked Closed in sandbox accounts. This will not impact production accounts and the auto archival period will remain 120 days after tickets are marked closed.
- The audit log now supports filtering by the Type column.
