We are aware that Slack is going through a Service Incident that is impacting its Zendesk integration, including delays in Side Conversation and Message delivery. We shall share more details as we get them.

Some customers are unable to load Slack, which is impacting the Zendesk integration, including delays in Side Conversation and Message delivery. Slack is continuing to investigate the issue, but we don’t have any new information to share at this time. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we have an update.

Slack is seeing signs of improvement. Please try reloading Slack, and if not a cache reset. We’re still monitoring the situation. We’ll confirm once this issue is fully resolved.

The Slack incident is now resolved. The Slack Zendesk integration should be now be functioning normally. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.
