Will my tickets automatically resend to customers? I fixed my email notification trigger, do I need to submit tickets again with the same ticket status?
You will need to resend the emails to your customers.
Use the Submit button to update all tickets to ensure that the intended trigger fires and sends the email notification to your customers.
