    Due to an unforeseen issue during the March 19th update, we are postponing the March 25th and 26th maintenances until further notice. We shall update this article when we have more details and new dates. We have also added further impact details to affected products. We appreciate your patience in going through these maintenances.

    Due to the aforementioned issue encountered during the March 19th maintenance window, we are postponing the April 2, 2022 maintenance work until further notice. We will update this article with the new schedule as soon as we have it. We appreciate your patience as we undertake this maintenance program and apologize for the change in plans as we seek to roll out a robust update.

    Due to the aforementioned issue encountered during the March 19th maintenance window, we are also postponing the April 9, 2022 maintenance work until further notice.  A new schedule will be published once it is available.  Apologies for the ongoing changes and we thank you for your continued patience.

    The scheduled maintenance work for April 23, 2022 has now been postponed, with a new schedule to be published at a later date.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work in the background to ensure this is robust and goes smoothly when it is next scheduled.

    Dear customers, the maintenance work originally scheduled for April 23, 2022 has now been re-scheduled to May 2022.  This impacts customers who are on the following clusters:

    • 20.1 through 20.8
    • 20.9 through 20.15
    • 18.1 through 18.6

    The scheduled maintenance work originally scheduled on April 2 and 9 have now been re-scheduled to June 2022.  This impacts customers on the following clusters:

    • 13.9 through 13.17
    • 17.1 through 17.8
    • 17.9 through 17.15
