What does this mean?
From September 1, 2022, the legacy Microsoft Teams integration will no longer function.
Why is Zendesk removing this?
We launched the legacy Teams integration in 2016 and have received lots of feedback from customers about features and capabilities they’d like to see in the product. Accordingly, we released a new version of the Microsoft Teams integration on February 22, 2022. See About the Zendesk for Microsoft Teams integration.
What are the alternatives?
You can switch to the new version of the integration. Go to the Zendesk for Teams listing in the Microsoft AppSource store and download the free app on your Teams tenant. Learn more about how to install from our installation guide or how to use the product from our user guide.
Who is affected by the change?
All Zendesk customers who use the legacy Microsoft Teams integration.
