    What are the two keyboard shortcuts that were introduced for the Agent Workspace for Knowledge?

    Hi CJ! We’ve added two shortcuts to simplify agents experience using Knowledge :) Please see below:

    • ctrl + alt + k  is to open/close knowledge section.
    • ctrl + alt + l  is to open search bar in the knowledge section.
