Zendesk has made switching to the Agent Workspace a lot simpler and easier. You can now turn on the Agent Workspace for your account with just a couple of clicks. For accounts that have Chat enabled, Zendesk will merge your Chat departments with your agent groups, as an additional step.
What's changing and why?
Turning on the Agent Workspace just got easier for admins with a simple, reduced-step process. This change includes a new Agent Workspace page in Admin Center where you can learn more about what to expect when the Agent Workspace is enabled and use the same page to turn on the Agent Workspace on your account. The page is located in Admin Center > Workspaces > Agent tools > Agent Workspace. For more information, see Turning on the Agent Workspace.
What do I need to do?
The new page will be automatically added to your account. We encourage you to turn on Agent Workspace on your account and try it out. You can turn off the Agent Workspace by returning to the Agent Workspace page in the Admin Center and deselecting the Turn on Agent Workspace checkbox. See Turning off the Agent Workspace for details.
