    Hi Syd,

    This change only affects the Agent Workspace. Specifically, it only affects apps in the ticket sidebar or new ticket sidebar.

    Will the change also go into effect for the Organization/User views in the future?

    Also, curious if it's possible to force a width for our users. Will that just depend on the set width of the app?

    Thanks for your post. 

    Currently, this only affects the ticket UI. You can provide feedback here to request this to be applied to other UI sections or to be able to manage the settings. 

    This will depend on the 'Flexible' Property in the Manifest File for Support Apps.
