Announcing: Updates to the Sell composer experience

We’re excited to announce changes to how the note, email, and SMS composing experience looks and feels in Sell.

This announcement answers the following questions:

What’s changing, and why?

We have refreshed the look and feel of the Sell composer on lead, contact, and deal cards. It allows users to easily switch between different channels, such as notes, emails, and SMS, all in the same place. 

This change ensures more consistency to how information is presented across Sell and other Zendesk products, and an improved user experience, it also brings you a quick actions menu in the top-right corner. 

How will this affect me?

The quick actions menu and a composer channel switcher menu both make creating notes, starting conversations, and switching channels much easier for sales reps. 

What do I need to do?

You don't need to do anything. This update is automatically rolling out to all Sell accounts.
