Starting today the new Team members page will progressively roll-out to customers with the roll-out completing on the 16th of August.
Keep an eye out over the next two weeks for the new page in Admin Center under People > Team > Team members.
The new Team members page makes it easier to manage your team with new filtering, sorting, and license seat information, and sets the foundation for future features such as bulk team management (group membership, product access and roles), import and export of team member data, advanced filtering, and improved integrations.

Hi, the preview for the team members page in my admin area dont show the seats information box.
Hi Tom Dupuche - hope you make this exportable via csv or excel file.
+1 for Jahn Bronilla's ask. Export to csv/excel would certainly help if we have a large user base.
Can we also have the Role(Staff, Contributor etc) as a column here ?
This still does not solve for the broken Administration of Agents. User Roles and Group management (departments for chat) are maintained in 2 different places. These should be in 1 place!!!!!
Will this be reportable via Explore? As of now you cannot report on the group(s) an Agent is currently assigned to. Explore will pull back any group they belonged to in the past also since it pulls from Ticket information and not from the user profile itself
Would love it if this could be exportable. Currently we are queuing the database to get this info. Would be nice if it included group membership as well.
Hi Maik Künnemann, the rollout is happening gradually so you might not see the changes immediately. The rollout will be complete by August 16th, so you'll see the new page before then.

Some answers to your questions and comments:
Maik Künnemann due to release timing we have not released the seat information on the "preview" of the new Team members page. Rest assured this will be there on your account when you receive the new Team members page as your default experience.
Jahn Bronilla Lohith S and Reshma Patel we have received a lot of feedback about the need for an export team members feature. We are working on that as our next up feature. Given the number of team members some accounts have it will take some heavy lifting backend work to bring that to you.
Jay Nelson we recognise the need to bring all of the admin functions into Admin Center and have plans to bring group management to the new Team members page.
HI Tom Dupuche - so is it a "Yes it will be added as a feature" or "No it won't be added this time"?
This is really important feature/functionality specially this is something not available in to export from explore and Zendesk wants us to pay additional to have this added in Customer list.

Export won't be part of the first version of the new Team members page but yes will be a feature in the near future.
We need to be able to filter by groups and custom fields. Would really like to be able to have one place to adjust roles and groups on the same page. Going back and forth is a pain.
We'd really love it if the tags that are placed on our team members would also be visible from this page. This was some functionality from the prior Team Members page that was very helpful!

Jahn Bronilla - We're working on Export currently with plans to release in 2023. Unfortunately, Tom and I can't be more specific on the dates.
Christopher Wooten To get features to you sooner, we're doing things in stages. Export then groups are the next features to be released. Our goal is that, eventually, admins will no longer need to jump between Admin Center and Support to manage Team Members.
Krista Zaloudek Tags are also on the roadmap, currently aligned with customise columns functionality. These features are further off as Export and Groups have higher priority.

An update for you K Zee Testing;
While we don't yet display tags, you can use the search box to view team members by tags by typing in something like:
Where "wholesale" is the name of the tag you would like to use, this will show all of your team members tagged "wholesale".
Christopher Wooten this trick also works for groups and custom fields , see Searching custom user and organization fields.
Would show you all the team members in the group "Level 2".
You can read more advanced ways to use the search bar to view team members, see Searching users. If you are doing this frequently, you can set the search up and then bookmark the page in your browser. This will save your search so you can always get back to it later using that bookmark. You can read about more ways to find team members over here.
