Starting August 12, 2022, you’ll no longer be able to send outbound text messages to recipients in Russia.
Why is this happening?
Zendesk is discontinuing support for sending outbound text messages to recipients in Russia.
What can I do?
Unfortunately, there will be no workaround to send text messages to Russia. Please consider alternate contact methods like voice calls to reach recipients in Russia.
