Zendesk is discontinuing the native Sell integrations for Harvest, HubSpot, and Xero on November 29, 2022. There are replacement solutions available in the Zendesk app marketplace.
This announcement answers the following questions:
What is changing?
Sell’s native integrations for Harvest, HubSpot, and Xero will no longer be available after November 29, 2022 and will automatically be removed from all accounts.
There are no changes to the Harvest and HubSpot apps, available in the Zendesk marketplace.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Due to low usage, Zendesk is ending the native Sell integrations for Harvest, HubSpot, and Xero.
What do I need to do?
If you want to continue using Harvest and HubSpot, go to the Zendesk marketplace and install the following replacement apps:
- For your current native Harvest integration - Use the Harvest app.
- For your current native HubSpot integration - Use the HubSpot for Sell app that comes with a complimentary data sync solution.
- For your current native Xero integration, you can use Zapier for Sell which lets you send info between Xero and Zendesk Sell automatically — no code required.
The native integrations for Harvest, HubSpot, and Xero will be automatically removed from impacted customer accounts Nov. 29, 2022.
