- Primary Phone Picker allows Zendesk Agents to update a requester's primary phone number. If an end user has multiple phone numbers listed, only the first number can be sent SMS. This app displays all phone numbers associated with a requester in the right-hand side of a ticket. Selecting a number and submitting temporarily removes and then restores your phone numbers in the correct order, placing the chosen number first.

- Clickatell SMS by Ulgebra sends Clickatell SMS to any Zendesk Sell contact, lead, or deal. Click 'Send Clickatell Message', select your SMS sender, and enter the message or insert a template. Insert fields, user fields, and emojis if required. Send the message.

Explore had a pretty big bug fixed last week, advanced color coding in reports is now functional for all metrics. Previously, it would show an error message even with the default code, and highlight the metric portion as invalid, on anything involving time based metrics.
Update Country and Region also had a fix roll out for anyone who was seeing results with non-ASCII characters causing issues.
Another big change not mentioned here from this week, is that filtering in views is now live on all accounts using Agent Workspace. They are not toggle-able, and there is no customization at this time.
