I'm curious about the improvement to missed chat reliability-- what may have previously been inaccurate that's been improved? Can I have more context to this release?

I hope all is well. The fixes may not be related to an inaccurate operation, but to possible issues or incidents that this feature could be affected in the future. Any incident involving this in the past, if happened, has been informed to all affected customers. All our fixes aim to mitigate any possible issues involving our features and tools. Could you be more specific? For example, I've been waiting for over a year for a fix to an issue with missed chats creating 2-6 duplicate tickets. How can I tell if what was released is related to the issue I've been waiting on? I have a list of literally close to 100 bugs that I'm supposed to check the release notes for fixes every month, if the notes are super vague, I cannot tell if you have resolved one of the issue you told me to watch for.
