    We are happy that you finally managed to implement this new feature as requested previously, our company relies heavily on the Zendesk Platform and this missing piece was very necessary for our customer's client satisfaction.  Looking forward to implementing and testing this new request list asap.     We are very excited to announce that users can now (pending rollout) filter their requests based on custom field values in the new request list experience. See the announcement here for all the details.

    How do we provide the feedback on the new BETA requests view - its currently not loading for our clients after they apply a filter and if they look for a specific ticket number and clear the filters it holds the previous results. We cleared cache and reloaded but still not showing the full results.

    Do we anticipate this moving from Beta to fully released anytime in the near future?

    Clint Huffman there is unfortunately still some limitations that we would like to solve before we take it out of Open Beta and I can not give you an ETA at this point. However it is important that features in Open Beta are governed by Zendesks MSA, the same as fully released (Generally available) features, so we make the same support, service, and change notice guarantees. Only features that are in EAP (early access program) are governed by our beta terms and not our MSA.

    We use the term Open Beta to make clear that a feature still has important known limitations that we are working to solve. We use it when we think a feature has value to some customers even with its limitations and thus we see no reason to keep the feature from customers.
