Announcing the removal of Sell mobile reports

We are discontinuing and removing the Reporting for Sell mobile (Android & iOS) feature.

This announcement answers the following questions:

• What's changing?
• Why is Zendesk making this change?
• What do I need to do?

What's changing?

We are deprecating the Sell mobile reporting feature. From January 1, 2023 it will no longer be available in the Sell mobile application.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

We are migrating Sell reports to Explore to better streamline the user experience. From January 1, 2023 onwards, you can access reporting through the desktop version of Sell reports and Explore.

What do I need to do?

You do not need to do anything as this rollout is happening automatically. Your existing reporting data will be retained and available in Zendesk Sell and Explore. See About reporting in Sell.
