Can bots automatically provide an email address to a customer?

Using Zendesk bots, how can I automatically share an email address with a customer and allow them to contact another party?

Answer

From bots, create an answer and then add a step using the Send message option with the content of your choice. After publishing it, that bot answer will automatically send the email address of your choice to the customer.
