Zendesk has incorporated all existing functionality for Sell's native Google Drive and Dropbox integrations into their respective apps, now available in the Marketplace.
On February 15, 2023, the redundant Google Drive and Dropbox native integrations will be removed automatically from your accounts, but you can still access the features and functionality of those integrations using the Google Drive for Sell and Dropbox for Sell apps.
This announcement answers the following questions:
What's changing?
All functionality for Sell’s native integrations for Google Drive and Dropbox has been incorporated into their respective app versions. The redundant integrations will be automatically removed from all accounts.
None of the files associated with your Google Drive and Dropbox integrations will be affected by this change. You can still access all of your files through the Google Drive and Dropbox apps. Any URLs generated for sharing will not be impacted.

Why is Zendesk making this change?
Zendesk is consolidating your access to these features and functionality by including them in the app, instead of in a standalone native integration, to ensure a more consistent user experience.
What do I need to do?
Access all the same features and functionality for Google Drive or Dropbox for Sell by visiting the Zendesk marketplace and installing Google Drive for Sell app or Dropbox for Sell app.
