I'm receiving this error as well and I do have a default ticket form selected. I'm also unable to edit ticket fields. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
I created a ticket on your behalf so I can look into the issue more.
Kindly check your email for updates. Thanks!
Christine Felicia hi, I'm getting the same above error even when all fields have been filled out and a default form has been selected

Hi Laica,
I have created a ticket on your behalf so that we can investigate this further
Kindly check your email for updates. Thanks!
Can you post the solution for this? I'm getting the same exact same (useless!!) error message.
this is a very specific issue and there could be a lot of reasons for this to happen.
Therefore I have created a ticket and reached out to you via Email so that we can investigate further and help you to find a solution.
I'm also receiving the same error message and we in fact do have a default form in place. All fields were filled in and it made no difference. What was the solution for some of these so that I could be investigating the possible same fixes on my end?
EDIT: Try creating the field in a different browser. I was using Safari when I repeatedly received the error. Chrome worked just fine.
