- Customers with standalone Sunshine Conversations (no linked Zendesk Support account) in the U.S. region.

Expected behaviour: During this maintenance window, customers may experience a brief period of incoming and outgoing message delay lasting up to 15 minutes. No failed delivery is expected. We would also like to highlight that following previous similar maintenance windows, we have invested in improvements to limit the degradation and as such, the aforementioned impact may not occur. When the maintenance is complete, message delivery will be fully restored, no messages will be lost, and no action will be required on your part.
Why we're doing this: We will be upgrading the Sunshine Conversations message broker in the U.S. region to increase reliability and performance.
