Customers Affected: Customers using Messaging and/or Sunshine Conversations to send and receive messages with the channels listed above will experience a brief service disruption of 15 minutes at some time within the 2-hour maintenance window.
Expected behaviour: Messages sent during the maintenance window will not be delivered to our customers or their end-users.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Sunshine Conversations team is upgrading our channels for increased reliability and performance.
