Zendesk will be performing scheduled maintenance on the WhatsApp Business API Clients hosted on our EU and US platforms.
Affected products: WhatsApp messages within Sunshine Conversations and Support.
We will be rolling out this upgrade during these periods:

Expected behavior: During this operation, customers may experience a brief period of WhatsApp message delay lasting less than 5 minutes. During this maintenance window, the rest of the Sunshine Conversations platform will remain unaffected and no service interruption will occur on any other parts of the platform.
When the upgrade of each API client is complete, WhatsApp message delivery will be fully restored, no messages will be lost, and no action will be required on your part.
Why we’re doing this: We will be upgrading all API clients from version 2.39.4 to the new version 2.41.2 due to the impending end-of-life of the current version on September 26, 2022.

We would like to apologise for the typo in the update above and confirm that we have upgraded all API clients from version 2.41.2 to the new version 2.43.2 due to the end-of-life of the previous version on January 28, 2023.
