Metrics for messaging in Explore now includes messaging tickets with no agent replies. As a result, you may notice a spike in metrics for tickets such as: number of tickets created, solved, no replies bracket in First Reply Time and ticket backlog metrics. The change rolls out from January 16, 2023.
