Announcing improved readability of lead attributes in Sell

We are announcing changes to the look and feel of the lead attributes column on the lead details page of Sell. This change improves the readability of the lead attributes and is in line with the changes to the contact details page released earlier.

What’s changing, and why?

We have refreshed the lead attributes column on the Leads page in Sell. This change improves readability (the field labels now display above the field values), and brings consistency to how information across Sell and other Zendesk products is presented. The leads, contacts, and deals pages now all display their attributes column in the same format.

The deal pages were updated in June, 2022 and the contact pages were updated in October 2022. 

How will this affect me?

You’ll see the updated lead attributes column on your lead pages. We’re not changing the functionality of lead attributes, only their visual treatment.

What do I need to do?

You don't need to do anything. This update is automatically rolling out to all Sell accounts.
