Expected behavior:
- Profiles API will be unavailable and any requests made during the migration period will time out.
- Events API’s integration with Profiles data will be unavailable and any requests made during the migration period will fail.
- Zendesk Support - Shopify for Zendesk integration will not load the events history for a User profile during the migration period.
Why we're doing this: We are upgrading our database instances for better performance.
