We are happy to announce that you can now use Google Analytics 4 natively in the help center to track your help center traffic.
What's changing and why?
You can now use Google Analytics 4 natively within your help center.
Google Analytics 4 is the newest generation of Google Analytics and is replacing Google Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 360. Because Google is Sunsetting Google Universal Analytics on July 1, 2023 and Google Analytics 360 July 1, 2024, all Google Universal Analytics users who want to continue using Google Analytics must migrate to Google Analytics 4.
When you migrate to Google Analytics 4 from either Google Universal Analytics or Google Analytics 360, you can now run Google Analytics 4 alongside the previous versions to ensure that you’ll have historical data in Google Analytics 4 when the migration is complete.
How will this affect me?
Previously, you could add one tracking ID to your help center to use Google Analytics to track your help center traffic. Now, you can add two tracking IDs - one for your previous version of Google Analytics and the other for Google Analytics 4.
By running the versions in tandem, you will build up historical data for Google Analytics 4 while using the previous version of Google Analytics to track and analyze your help center traffic against historical data.
What do I need to do?
To use Google Analytics 4, you can add the Google Analytics 4 tracking ID to your help center. To use both Google Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to monitor your help center, you can now add both tracking IDs in Guide admin. See Enabling Google Analytics for your help center.

I'm not seeing the GA4 option on our Help Center / Guide admin yet. So it looks like I should expect it by end of day tomorrow, February 8. Fingers crossed.
Accounts should be all rolled out now. Let me know if you are still unable to see it!
Thank you, Marine. Yes...I am seeing the GA4 option now and have entered out new GA4 properties to run in parallel to UA.
