Admins can now generate an export with all their team members’ data to a CSV file from the Team members page.
The ability to export team-member data is progressively rolling out to customers starting March 08, with the roll out completing on March 16, 2023.

What is changing?
Admins on any plan type can easily generate an export with all their team members’ data to a CSV file from Admin Center under People > Team > Team member. Click the Actions menu, then select Export team members.
The CSV file contains information such as team members’ primary email addresses, the date their profiles were created, product roles, and more.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Zendesk is making this change so that admins can manage and update their team members’ data in a common format used by many other systems.
What do I need to do?
You don't need to do anything. This change will appear in your account within the next week. To learn more see Exporting team-member data.

Would it be possible to export End user (Customers) in a similar way? Thanks.

Ability to export end-users would be a great enhancement.
You can use our Advanced Export app to export end-users and agents. It's fee.

We've been working with zendesk support back and forth, and the exports for team members has not been working.
