Zendesk will perform critical maintenance that will impact performance for some integrations customers on May 1 and May 8, 2023 during the times listed below.

Customers Affected: Zendesk customers with Jira, Outlook, Hubspot, and Slack integrations may experience a maximum service disruption of 5 minutes at some time within the maintenance window.
Important: All customers who have installed and are using the aforementioned integrations will be impacted, based on the maintenance dates and timings in the table below:

Expected behaviour:
- Jira - during the outage all functionality of the integration will stop working. The sidebar app in both Zendesk and Jira won’t work, and field syncing will also cease to function.
- Slack - during the outage, all functionality of the integration will stop working. The notifications will stop sending from Zendesk to Slack, Answer Bot won’t work in Slack, and tickets can’t be created or internal notes added from Slack.
- Hubspot - during the outage ticket events won’t send from Zendesk to Hubspot.
- Outlook - during the outage customers won't be able to create tickets from within Outlook using the Outlook integration.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Integrations team is upgrading database instances for better performance and security.
