Expected behavior:
- The Answer Bot (new Zendesk bots) product might experience some degradation of up to 2 minutes while the Zendesk team upgrades the database instances. This includes the:
- Flow Builder admin experience.
- Flow Builder Bot responses in all Messaging channels
- Article Recommendations from Answer Bot in all channels.
