We are excited to announce that we added a search bar to the content block list to help you quickly find the block you need in your content block library.
This article contains the following topics:
What's changing and why?
Content blocks provide an excellent opportunity to create and manage small pieces of content across the whole knowledge base. Many of our customers have accumulated large content block libraries that they manage in the content blocks list in Guide Admin. What they were lacking was the ability to search for a specific block by its title. By adding a search bar at the top of the content block list, we are closing this gap.
How will this affect me?
If you are an Enterprise customer you could see the new search bar in your content block list on the day of the launch.
What do I need to do?
You don’t need to take any action. However, if you’re interested in learning more about managing content blocks you might want to read Viewing the content blocks list.

Love this! Thank you! Wondering if this will lead to a Search & Replace functionality?
Hi Heather Rommel,
I'm glad that you like it :) Search & Replace in Guide is something that we are thinking about doing in the future but we don't yet have precise plans for it.
Hi Katarzyna Karpinska,
Curious to the rollout date. Referring to same day April 17th or an upcoming date? Currently showing March 7th for me.
:-)
Thanks
Aaran
Good catch! The feature has been rolled-out and available to our customers on Mar 7th. But due to many reasons I was not able to announce it earlier and I'm playing a bit of catch-up here ;)
