Zendesk will perform critical maintenance which will impact performance for customers on all Pods on May 23 and May 24, 2023, during the times listed below.

Customers Affected: Zendesk Explore customers in all regions will experience a brief service disruption of less than 10 minutes at some time within their Pod's 2-hour maintenance window.
Important: Only customers with Explore enabled will be impacted, based on the Pod maintenance dates and timings in the table below:

Expected behavior: All queries to Explore may fail for the duration of the 10-minute impact window, including the inability to access or create queries and dashboards. Customers will experience 503 status errors when accessing the product.
Important: We recommend that agents avoid creating/modifying dashboards and queries during this time as changes to these may be lost due to the expected behavior listed above. Please note that backend data ingestion processes will still occur without issue.
