Zendesk will perform critical maintenance which will impact performance for customers on all pods on July 26th and 27th, 2023, during different times listed here.
Affected products: Agent Workspace: Chat and Messaging
Important: Only customers using Chat in Agent Workspace or with Messaging enabled will be impacted, based on the Pod maintenance dates and timings below.
Customers Affected: Zendesk Agent Workspace Chat and Messaging customers on all pods will experience a brief service disruption of 5 minutes at some time within the specified maintenance window.

Expected behaviour:
- Agent Workspace Chat and Messaging Tickets will take longer to be created
- Incoming chats/messages will take longer to be served
- Chat/Messaging transcripts may take longer to show up on the tickets
Please note that all other processes will still occur without issue, so you can expect widget display, public REST API requests, ongoing chats serving and ongoing messages delivering, RTM and analytics, and other such requests to function properly during these maintenance windows.
Why we're doing this: The Zendesk Agent Workspace team is upgrading our internal event processing service for increased performance and reliability.
