Earlier this year, we announced that Zendesk now gives you the flexibility to allow multiple sign-in methods for your users, providing a solution for customers who need more than one way of authenticating each type of user. We are excited to announce that starting today, we have further enhanced this functionality for single sign-on (SSO).

What is changing?
If you let users choose how to sign in and have multiple SSO configurations, you can now add multiple SSO sign-in buttons to the Zendesk sign-in page. You can also customize the Continue with SSO button label, making it easy for users to understand where they’ll be directed if they sign in with SSO.
We’ve also added the ability to delete inactive SSO configurations.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
As the Zendesk platform continues to evolve, we want to ensure a consistent, best, and secure user experience for authentication. This change delivers important enhancements to the end user and agent sign-in experience.
What do I need to do?
This feature is automatically available in your Zendesk account.

Is there a limit on the amount of SSO options that can be connected to Zendesk?
👋 I believe we're able to handle a fairly large number of SSO options, let us know if you run into any issues while setting things up.
Is it possible to confirm the exact amount?
