You can notify external targets when a ticket is created or updated. If you're having trouble with a URL target, you can view the information returned by the third-party service or REST API that the target tried to access.
To view target failure information
- In Admin Center, click Apps and integrations in the sidebar, then select APIs > Zendesk API.
- Click the Target Failures tab.
Click an item in the list to see more detailed information about the failure.
Note: The failure information is from the response sent by the third-party service. See the service's documentation for troubleshooting help.
