Issue symptoms
I am being attacked by Chinese spam generated by qq.com users. What can I do?
Resolution steps
Prevent that domain from creating tickets. Use the blocklist from the Admin Center > People > End users.
Add the following entry to your blocklist: reject:qq.com suspend:qq.com
and save the page.
Note: In case the above information doesn't help, verify the ticket channel. Then, follow the steps from this article: I was hit by a spam attack. What do I do now?

Hi Team, May I know if this is correct for blocking? please see below the screenshot.

Thanks, you should choose just one:
reject:qq.com
orsuspend:qq.com
Best
Mariam Khan brilliant. I personally had no idea you needed to add any modifiers to the blocklist to get it to actually do what it says it will do.
Yes, this is what we added and it has stopped them from coming through.
Just recently commented on another thread. Feel free to reference my response here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408820838810/comments/6023143121434
Blocklist worked for us!
To delete tickets already created (I had over 500) I created a view with the qun in the description.
