Automatically synchronize contacts when a new ticket is created in Zendesk, ensuring up-to-date customer information. Effortlessly create new Deals in HubSpot directly from Zendesk, streamlining the conversion of customer inquiries into potential sales opportunities. Access and review detailed contact information from HubSpot within Zendesk, providing valuable insights for better customer interactions. - Advanced Views By Integrate Cloud (Support)
Advanced Views by Integrate Cloud creates an easy way to navigate and run any views. Click on any view and run it within the app. Add additional fields to be shown in the results. Select tickets from the results in bulk and apply a macro to all of the selected tickets. - Auto Video Player (Support)
Auto Video Player is designed to revolutionize your video review process. No longer do agents need to download and play videos locally - a process that not only consumes time but also poses potential security risks. AVP auto-plays videos directly in your tickets. Agents can choose whether videos auto-play or not, giving them control over their video reviewing experience. Agents can increase or decrease video playback speed to review content at a pace that suits their needs.

Improved
- Improved the end user experience for validating form fields when it reaches the maximum character size. The validation occurs when form fields change, rather than when the end user taps the Submit or Send button
- By default, when an end-user wants to upload a photo, the photo library and the document picker options now pick the selected photos in PNG format, (instead of HEIC). This is so agents can easily preview photos in the Agent Workspace.
- Image and file uploads will wait until a socket event is received before updating the status.
- Minor improvements to “offline” and “reconnecting” banners.
Fixed
- Device rotation no longer causes issues on the size of carousel cards.
- When AnswerBot sends a compound message (image, text, and button in one message), the view will scroll down properly to display the message.
- Fixed the layout of proactive messages to prevent overlapping of text when there are multiple lines.

- Accessibility improvements made to carousels.
- When attachment uploads fail due to the max file size limit (50MB), the error message will indicate that the file size exceeds the limit.
- An error message and a Retry button show when the conversation screen fails to load.
- For messages and attachments, the state: Sending, persists for 60 seconds and leads to the status: Failed, with a retry option if not successful after 60 seconds.
- Minor visual improvements to messages in a Sending state.
Web Widget
