Box Integration by Reva Solutions (Support)
Box Integration by Reva Solutions enables customers to store and manage documents in Box in the context of a Zendesk ticket. The content in the Box adheres to Zendesk ticket security and permissions, while allowing agents seamless access to related attachments. Agents can upload, download, view, sort the documents by for example, size, or upload date. Any uploads to Box are tracked in the ticket comments. Agents can preview and annotate the ticket attachments in Box using Box Preview without having to download the attachments. -
Text Refiner (Support, paid)
Text Refiner corrects grammar and stylistic errors while also adjusting the tone for Support responses. After installation, the app adds a convenient Refine button to the text editor. When composing a response, the support specialist can click Refine to automatically correct any errors. The user can then review the changes and copy the refined text to update their response.

Added new intent suggestions capability. Intent suggestions highlights the common topics customers are asking about based on past bot conversation data. With this information, you can then build answers for those intents, improving the bot’s overall performance. - Support for Malware scanning. Files uploaded to a ticket are now scanned for malware and flagged to the agent or admin in case of issues.

- Caller's call recording opt-out keypress in certain cases was not recording in the system. This has been fixed.
