    It's great to see AI integrated in Knowledge, but rather than add to or expand content, what we'd really love and find helpful would be to be able to optimize or streamline existing content, or at least better format that content, in consistent manner (with bullets, turning text into tables where warranted, etc). Is an AI-powered "Optimize" feature also on the cards for Knowledge ?

    To add to that, we are looking at apps like Guidde, Tango, Scribe etc., to help automate article writing, videos etc. Would be great if this was available within Zendesk so we could lockdown the settings, branding, style etc. This would really help speed up expanding our knowledge base, and add more engaging content like videos.
