We’re discontinuing support for iOS 14 for the Zendesk Support iPhone mobile app. If you’re currently using a device running iOS 14, then Zendesk advises you to upgrade to a device that supports iOS 15 and above.

Why is Zendesk making this change?
Maintaining support for older iOS versions limits our ability to ensure a reliable, high performance mobile experience and limits our ability to deliver new functionality. In addition, the latest iOS versions provide our developers with better capabilities to improve the efficiency, reliability and performance of the app.
What do I need to do?
If you or your agents are currently using the Zendesk Support iPhone app on iOS 14, then you need to update your operating system to iOS 15 or above.
You can check your operating system version by viewing:
Settings > About > Version
What happens when support ends?
We’ll release a version of the app which will only be available for devices running iOS 15 and above.
Devices running previous versions of iOS will not see the update appear in the App Store and will no longer be supported with bug fixes or improvements. However if you can't upgrade to a device using iOS 15 or above, you’ll still be able to use your existing Zendesk app, provided that it's installed before we stop support — it will simply not receive new updates in the future.
