Question
How much data do I need to run a forecast?
Answer
The short answer is two years' worth of data is ideal for Tymeshift to generate an accurate forecast. However, Tymeshift will also run with a smaller dataset. In such a case, Tymeshift extrapolates the data to generate the forecast and fills in any gaps with the best match found, though the result will be less accurate. The larger the data pool, the more precise the forecast will be.
