Start your Tymeshift trial from the Zendesk Marketplace, then follow the steps in this article to install Tymeshift for Zendesk Support. Alternatively, you can start your trial from the Tymeshift website.
Attention: The user installing and authorizing tymeshift needs to be an admin in both Zendesk and Tymeshift.

Setting up Tymeshift from Zendesk
You must install Tymeshift in your Zendesk account first.
To install Tymeshift in your Zendesk account
- Find Tymeshift in the Zendesk Marketplace.
- Click Install.
- Select your Zendesk Support account.
- Click Install.
- Set any desired role or group restrictions.
- Click Install.
When the installation completes, the Tymeshift app appears in Zendesk Support. See Accessing the agent schedule.
Attention: The Quicktab extension is necessary to track all events accurately and track time efficiently.
Setting up your Tymeshift account
After successfully setting up Tymeshift for Zendesk, you need to set up your Tymeshift account.
To set up your Tymeshift account
- Click the Tymeshift icon in the upper right of Zendesk Support.
- Click Complete Installation.
- Select Allow.
- Enter your contact details.
- Click Create my Tymeshift Account.
