Creating workforce management rules

You can create rules in Tymeshift that automatically perform certain actions. The available rules, End Day and Delete Timesheet, both help correct the time recorded if an agent forgets to clock out for the day. 

Note: Rules work only with legacy Agent Activity. Automations, which are currently in an Early Access Program (EAP), will replace rules. All rules must be deleted when automations are set. See Creating Tymeshift automations.
