We’re excited to introduce a new, consolidated management interface for macros and macro suggestions for admins.

What’s changing and why?
Say goodbye to the hassle of managing macros in separate locations. With this update, we're bringing everything together in one place. Macro suggestions settings are now integrated directly into the macros settings page, streamlining your workflow and making it easier to find what you need when you need it.
Enhancements include:
- A unified and refreshed macros management experience.
- The ability to add color text to macros in an updated text editor.
- Improved tools such as sorting, filtering, and bulk actions.
What do I need to do?
The refreshed macro settings page will be automatically rolled out to all customers by June 20, 2024. For information on the refreshed UI, see Organizing and managing your macros.
If you have the Advanced AI add-on, the macro suggestions settings will be automatically moved to the consolidated Macros page in Admin Center by June 20, 2024, requiring no additional action from you.
