This functionality is part of AI agents.

If you have created a created a conversation bot, you can edit or delete your bot as needed. You must be an admin to manage bots.

Editing a bot

You can edit an existing bot to make changes to it.

To view and edit your bot

  1. In Admin Center, click Channels in the sidebar, then select AI agents and automation > AI agents.
  2. Click Manage conversation bots.
  3. Click the name of the bot you want to update.
  4. Expand any section to edit the bot.

    Your changes are automatically saved as you make updates.

Deleting a bot

If you are no longer using a bot, and do not plan on using it in the future, you can delete it. When you delete a bot, any connected channels will revert to their default response settings.

  1. In Admin Center, click Channels in the sidebar, then select AI agents and automation > AI agents.
  2. Click Manage conversation bots.
  3. Click the Row actions () menu for the bot you want to delete, then select Delete.

    The bot is removed from the bot list. This action cannot be undone.
