I recently bought the Advanced AI add-on for my account. When I review the macro suggestions in Admin Center, I see suggestions based on old tickets. Why are there suggestions based on old tickets?

The machine learning model for macro suggestions analyzes historical ticket data, including tickets from before the Advanced AI add-on was turned on. This means that you may initially see suggestions based on older tickets in your account.
New macro suggestions are automatically generated on the first day of each month when your account meets the criteria for macro suggestions.
